The iamsold Sales Progression team supports customers and solicitors in progressing transactions through to completion, within our 56-day transaction period. Customer Service Manager, Stevie Scott, explains ‘our Sales Progression team is highly effective and motivated to move through their high caseload of properties. They command exceptional problem solving and customer service skills, enabling them to maintain key client relationships and deliver our service level agreements.’
Our empathetic Sales Progressors support customers throughout the stressful process of buying a property, building rapport and taking as much stress away from them as possible. The team manage the liaison between our Partner Agents, solicitors and anyone involved in the chain.
As part of our standout customer service, the team ensure to update all parties every three working days and share key milestones to customers every week.
Whilst customer service remains vital, Sales Progressors are also positioned to assist our Partner Agents in ensuring all transactions happen seamlessly. Stevie explains ‘the Sales Progressors are dedicated to servicing our Partner Agents.
Having one point of contact means you can directly dial your Sales Progressor, instead of sitting in a queue, helping build consistent, strong working relationships that you can trust.’
With the iamsold dashboard being constantly updated, the system is designed to relieve you of the responsibility of progressing your own sales through the process.
