Why did you partner with iamsold?
We were really impressed from the off. The main attraction was the opportunity to earn more money more quickly, with the potential to earn double the fees that are made from a private treaty sale.
What’s your relationship with iamsold like?
It’s great. Since launch we’ve had constant support and we’ve built up a great rapport with our key contacts. The team are really proactive and keep our training & knowledge up to speed.
What’s the biggest benefit you’ve seen?
The higher fee brings in additional income, plus income in the following month increases our pipeline conversion, which radically improves our quarterly performance.
What’s your biggest tip for other Agents exploring MMoA?
Create an in-house iamsold champion to fully embed MMoA into your business, making it part of the normal sales pitch, processes and targets. MMoA isn’t right for everyone, but if you find the sweet spots it really works.
